Return Policy:

Returns Eligibility + Process:
    • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • Personalised or custom-made products can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds:
    • Once the returned goods are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 – 10 business days.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
