Shipping policy

Shipping Methods and Rates:

    • Multiple shipping options are offered at checkout; rates are calculated automatically based on destination, package weight, and service speed.
    • All available delivery services and their costs are displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Processing Time:

    • Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 – 5 business days after payment is received.
    • If an item is temporarily out of stock, processing may take a little longer; we’ll keep you updated in that case.

Shipping Time:

    • Canada & USA: 4 – 10 business days in transit.
    • All other destinations: 7 – 21 business days in transit.

Order Tracking:

    • A shipment-confirmation notice is sent once your order leaves our facility.
    • Tracking information is available on request at any time after dispatch.

International Shipping:

    • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
    • Because regulations differ by country, please verify potential charges with your local customs office.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the stated timeframe, notify us immediately so we can open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a solution.
